Here are the steps to work-around the access denied issue for Vista 32bit users.

1.            Start> Settings> Control Panel

2.            User Accounts and Family Safety

3.            User Accounts

4.            Turn User Account Control and or off

5.            In the message box,

uncheck the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
